What sets The PAC Program apart?
Men and women face addiction and substance abuse with a different physiological and psychological background, changing the way they react to a substance, the way they recover and how they approach the mental health side of recovery. By creating an exclusive treatment center and program for men, specifically men 18-30 years of age, we can better tailor treatment to male psychology and physiology. Men are often more comfortable speaking in group settings if the group is all male. Sharing stories, understanding how things began and triggers for use is often easier in a gender-restricted setting. With knowledge of the male psychological and physiological effects of alcohol, drug use and addiction, our team is better equipped in the recovery process.
With one-on-one attention, a family atmosphere and a team comprised of men who have experienced the benefits of a long-term treatment for young men, our drug and alcohol rehabilitation center proudly employs innovative treatment techniques with a traditional foundation. Our treatment center incorporates adventure, outdoor activity and life-changing challenges that allow true growth in the young men (ages 18-30) who attend.
