If you have made the decision to seek treatment for alcohol or drug addiction, or are looking
into recovery for a loved one, we want to know what your hopes and goals are. At Blueprints
for Recovery, addiction treatment is a personal experience.
There are many different types of addiction and everyone’s road to recovery will be unique to
their past experiences, current situation and future needs. What inspires one person to live in
sobriety will not necessarily inspire another. We take the time to get to know our clients on a
personal level and share our own experiences to create trust, comfort and to figure out how
to build a wholesome treatment experience for everyone.
At our inpatient and intensive outpatient drug and alcohol rehab center in Arizona, personalized
programs generally last between 30 and 90 days and are divided into three distinct phases. We
begin with a thorough substance abuse evaluation where you can share your struggles with drug
and alcohol addiction. These phases are discussed in greater detail in our 3-Phase Approach:
Phase 1: Residential Treatment
The PAC Program is a Joint Commission accredited residential treatment center. The goal of residential
treatment is to create a strong, individualized treatment plan both clinically and medically. Our goal is to
uncover barriers that prevent individuals from living a happy and successful life.
We offer a blend of evidence-based therapies, psychiatric services, and a small, intimate community to create
a space for people to begin the healing process. Some common therapeutic objectives include:
Begin to address trauma
Create recovery-oriented goals
Work to combat depression
Establish relapse prevention skills
Learn skills to reduce anxiety
Build a healthy support system
Develop skills to regulate emotional responses
Ensure that our clients experience fun and laughter all throughout the recovery process
Develop healthy communication with family and loved ones
Phase 2: Intensive Outpatient Treatment
The goal of intensive outpatient is to allow clients the ability to work on their treatment while
beginning or continuing to participate in their life. We offer small, comprehensive, evidence-based
groups for our clients. We offer gender specific programming, as well as co-ed groups.
Each client receives psychiatric evaluation, group and individual clinical services, and case
management. We believe that the family is an important part of the treatment and recovery
process. To support this belief, we offer a weekly family support group and family group sessions
available to our clients and their loved ones.
Recovery is a lifelong journey and to support our clients, we have weekly alumni group. IOP clients
participate in groups 3 days a week or 5 days a week, depending on their clinical needs. Each IOP
day is three hours in duration. Our goal is to help clients learn to live a life in recovery, emotional
regulations skills, coping strategies, develop a relapse prevention plan, develop healthy
relationships, and create a strong peer environment.
